Every staff member is trained to recognize the impact of trauma and respond with safety, trust, and empowerment ,never re-traumatization. We meet individuals where they are.
Verbal De-Escalation
Our team uses proven de-escalation techniques to reduce crisis situations through calm communication, active listening, and empathy, protecting dignity at every moment.
Applied Behavior Analysis
ABA-informed strategies help us understand behavior, identify triggers, and build positive routines, driving real, lasting progress for the individuals we serve.

Registered Nurse On Staff
Both our Provider Agency and Home Health divisions have a Registered Nurse on staff. That means clinical oversight, expert medication management, and on-call guidance for every individual we serve, no exceptions.
Staff Training
We don’t just hire qualified staff, develop them. Peace Love Healthcare offers in-house med certification training, building stronger caregivers and stronger careers across Ohio. We provide: Medication Certification, Home Health, and Personal Care Assistant Training.
